Ashley Blackburn has been photographing the wildlife and outdoor beauty of Charleston, South Carolina and the surrounding lowcountry for over nearly ten years. She is also an active member of the staff at Lowcountry Dog Magazine and her images have been featured in that publication’s articles, photo spreads, and have even graced the cover.

You will see Ashley’s work around town as she participates and donates to many local charity events, including those for Pet Helpers and the ASPCA. Recently she donated her time and experience to Noble One’s Pit Bull Rescue, capturing the true beauty and personality of the adoptables so that perspective owners could see the potential in the animals as their pets.

So what does this mean for your pet? Ashley’s passion and unique connection with animals allows her to capture the animals in their natural state and freezes the mannerisms that make us love them like family. The most unique twist to the Lowcountry Focus style is that these shoots are all outdoors in a location that makes your pet comfortable.

Standard Pet Portrait Session - $100

The Standard Pet Portrait Session includes travel to a location of your choice and a one to one-and-a-half hour photography session. Your pet will be forever frozen in time with beautiful head shots, uniquely angled shots, action photos, costumed photos, or other customized photography. This package is designed for those who want to capture the mannerisms of their pets that make their hearts melt. This session is only for dogs who can be trusted off leash. The images will be posted for viewing and purchase online unless the compact disc is purchased for only $75.

This 20-30 minute session will include travel to a location of your choice (or one picked by the photographer, if you choose) and a compact disc of high resolution files for your personal reproduction. This package is designed to result in a quality headshot of your pet and can be done on or off leash. .

Please understand that no pet session will be terminated due to time. Ashley is patient to work with each animal until they relax and allow her to create the quality images you expect.
